Consists of an academic medical center, two community hospitals, two long-term care facilities, a mental health hospital, ambulatory care services, primary care centers, two primary care mobile vans and multiple school based clinics.
Director, Patient Care Services, Medical-Surgical Hospital (2008 – Present)
Responsible for planning, directing, and evaluating activities and resources necessary for quality patient care and efficient operations of 280 bed (includes ICU and Progressive Care Unit) Medical-Surgical Hospital with 518 FTEs and net operating revenue of $58M.
- Decreased utilization of premium FTEs by 50% which resulted in $500,000 savings in two months.
