• Director of Women’s Health medical and administrative processes for a large, multi-service referral center serving the Pacific DOD catchment area.  Populations served include :USAF, USA, USN, USMC, USPHS, GS contracted employees and retirees of all services.
• Oversee all aspects of a high volume Obstetrics and Gynecology department, including high and low risk obstetrical services, dysplasia program, gynecological services (clinical, surgical), medical education and staff planning/scheduling
• Promote education, training, and mentoring to 3 other physicians, 3 Nurse Practitioners and 2 Nurse Midwives as well as medical students, PA students and medical personnel from other fields of medicine.
• Liaison between other major commands, branches of service and administration to provide healthcare to all DOD beneficiaries in the state of Alaska and the Pacific Air Forces
• Maintain a state of military and medical readiness for potential military and humanitarian deployments.
